Springtime dining
And he's done it again. Having wrought havoc with his one and only table that Parisians have been fighting over for two years, Cédric Casanova has now opened a gourmet grocery store boasting a unique table seating 9. You're the first in the know, obviously.
On the menu of these gastronomic picnics, a dozen Sicilian dishes to pick and nibble : salted ricotta beets, crunchy almond salads, delicate chickpea mash, parsnip fritters, all drizzled with the Sicilian's finest olive oil.
Watch the passers-by as they walk past, stop dead in their tracks and stare through the window, intrigued and drooling with envy. It does make people jealous, the most sought-after table in Paris.
