Imagine a happy restaurant near Bastille flanked by sunshine. Your waitress looks just like Arletty, the French actress from the 1930's. On the walls is peacock blue that makes Elizabeth Taylor's eyes look grey. And on the brunch table, a "tapas tree" overflowing with amuse-bouches and other edible delights. Hey, Flora, will you marry me?
