Surprise Sandwich

Surprise Sandwich

On the first floor: perfectly golden bread. On the second floor: melted cheese, crispy breaded pork, omelettes stuffed with vegetables and a sweet-and-sour cabbage compote. A multistoried sandwich that's outrageously tasty.

Katsy and Ryo, the young owners of the Abri bistrot, are fresh out of the Robuchon and l'Agapé kitchens in Japan. In their tiny restaurant, they turn a traditional Japanese meal, Tonkatsu, into a luxury sandwich. Here are the instructions for a perfect lunch: rush to the restaurant as soon the clock strikes noon, order and watch at the bar as they make your sandwich higher and higher and higher. Open wide because you're eating a small tower.

Attention! Sandwiches are only served on Mondays and Saturdays. The other days of the week, a surprise menu awaits.
