An Emotional Cocktail Bar

An Emotional Cocktail Bar

In Japanese bars, saying Omakase to the chef means "I trust you." It gives him permission to cook whatever he thinks would suit his customer's needs. Inspired by this idea, Amaury and Cathleen have opened a cocktail bar in Paris that caters to their clients' emotions.

Everyone's always in the mood for the Sherry Butt. Party animals in search of a good time, hard workers looking to unwind, lovers or broken hearts—all are welcome. Amaury, the Omakase specialist, has mastered the bartending's ultimate challenge: he evaluates his customers' state of mind and their palates in his quest to serve them a personalized cocktail. However you're feeling, one thing is sure: you'll leave the Sherry Butt happy.

Invite a friend to come with you.

Le Sherry Butt, cocktail bar,
20 rue Beautreillis, 4th

Tel: +33 (0) 9 83 38 47 80
