The emotional cocktail bar
In Japanese bars, when we say "Omakase" at the chef it means "I trust you". You give him full permission to shake whatever he thinks would suit his customer's needs. Inspired by this idea Amaury and Cathleen opened a cocktail bar in Paris that is meant to cater to our changing emotions.
At the Sherry Butt every mood is satisfied. Party animals in search of a good time, hard workers looking to unwind, lovers or broken hearts alike are all welcome. Amaury, the "Omakase" specialist, has achieved the ultimate challenge for a bartender which is not only to evaluate his customers' state of mind but also his palate, in order to offer him the most appropriate and ideal cocktail. Whatever your mood is, one thing is sure : you will come out happy from the Sherry Butt.
