Tipsy with a view
Let's face it, the holidays are almost there. The first lit-up tree, the cute garlands, the gift wrapping… If the whole thing is already making you dizzy, you might as well get really high.
How about a fine glass of Champagne, in the highest spot in town ? The Eiffel Tower. Been there, done that ? Well, probably, but you haven’t tried the Ephemeral Champagne Bar, a tiny place, tended to by a real gentleman on the top floor. Be prepared, this could well be a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
